Mr. Ed's Espresso & Juice & Underground Pub

Owner, Eddy Houck, has a passion for music. Like many others, Eddy lost his lease at a prior location due to Covid. He was dedicated to provide a permanent space for live music in his hometown of Port Orford, Oregon. He designed and built Mr. Ed’s Espresso, Juice & Underground Pub without hard alcohol, pool tables, televisions and lottery to make it a family friendly environment so everyone can come watch bands perform and dance.

As you cross the enormous covered outdoor seating the smell of pizza lingers in the air. ( fun fact: Ed makes his own pizza dough using a massive mixer featured in the movie The Goonies.) Walking in the door your attention immediately is drawn to the walls and ceiling lined with guitars. Want to play one? Just ask. You never know who will join you. Mini jam sessions are a norm. The stage is tucked in the corner beside a piano which you are welcome to play as you wait for your specialty cast iron skillet meal or any of our other incredible food. Don’t know what to choose? Just ask a local for a recommendation. Everyone has a different favorite item. Eddy’s menu has you covered for breakfast anytime of the day along with pizza, burritos and wraps. Now here’s where the long name comes in… We have a full espresso menu from cappuccinos to Italian sodas. Ed evens roasts his own coffee beans. Want something that your body will thank you for? How about a specialty smoothie or juice. Need something more? The bar offers local brews on tap, wines, and seltzers. CHEERS!
